If this isn’t enough to get you lifting then I don’t know what is. I wanted to show some women who I aspire to in the lifting world.
First is Lauren Plumey, who is a crossfit superstar.
Then there is Natalie Freed, a powerlifting champion at only 5”0
She has her own website here; http://nattyfreed.com/index.php
Hannah Powell the weightlifter who is only 18 and in the 2012 Olympics!
Zoe Smith is even younger and also an olympic lifter at 17. She also will be in the 2012 olypmics.
Now to the powerlifters.
Louise Fox who is a world champion powerlifter!
And Finally Evelyn Stevenson another champion powerlifter
So Simple. Process roasted peanuts (honey/salted/plain) in a blender for about 4 minutes.
Then scrape sides of the food processor and add a little peanut oil (1-2 tablespoons) if you prefer it to be smoother.
Then process further until they resemble relatively smooth peanut butter.
You may never go back to supermarket bought peanut butter again!
I would like to thank http://sallysbakingaddiction.com/ for this!
So I am a big fan of peanut butter. I went to a friends for dinner the other night and it was my turn to make the main. So I wanted to make something simple that I could just bung into a pan and leave. And somehow incorporate peanut butter.

So I focus a lot of my posts on working out, but I do love to feel glamorous outside of the gym!
These are some of my favourites, now that the summer weather is approaching ❤
So I tend to listen to the radio in the gym when I go but I swear they talk way more between songs than they used to, or maybe my gym has changed stations. Anyway so I have been collecting good music to listen to whilst working out at the gym.
I am really into Nicki Minaj’s Starships at the moment, she has a lot of attitude.
Chris Brown- turn up the music has a pretty good beat.
Or I am liking Carly Rae Jepsen’s song call me maybe.
I feel like most heavy lifters tend to listen to heavy metal, I guess that is a bit of a stereotype. So what are you guys listening to?
